Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Runner at FLAVE, based in Abu Dhabi. The Food Runner will support the kitchen and waiter teams by ensuring food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently to tables. Responsibilities include organizing and expediting food orders, maintaining cleanliness in the service areas, liaising between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff, and ensuring proper table settings to enhance the guest experience. The Food Runner plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Must know HACCP, and food handling.
• Experience with expediting and coordinating between kitchen and dining staff for seamless operations.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with guests and handle any inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to food service effectively.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
