noon's mission: Every door, every day.
What you'll do:
Data Analysis & Trend Monitoring
- Track and analyse FSQ KPIs including complaint rates, rejection rates, supplier non-conformances, and shelf-life deviations on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Identify recurring defect patterns or supplier quality trends and escalate with structured root cause summaries.
- Maintain and update FSQ dashboards; ensure data integrity across reporting tools.
Meeting Coordination & Documentation
- Schedule, coordinate, and document FSQ review meetings — including supplier quality reviews, internal cross-functional syncs, and regulatory compliance meetings.
- Prepare agenda packs, maintain action logs, and track closure of action items to agreed timelines.
- Manage the FSQ shared calendar and ensure timely follow-ups across stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Act as the coordination point between FSQ and teams including Procurement, Category, Operations, and Logistics on quality-related matters.
- Communicate quality alerts, temporary holds, or supplier suspensions to relevant teams in a clear, timely, and structured manner.
- Support the FSQ Head in preparing presentation materials and reports for senior stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation Support
- Assist in maintaining the FSQ document control system — SOPs, checklists, audit trackers, and corrective action records.
- Support preparation for internal and third-party food safety audits.
What you'll need:
- UAE national only with Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a supply chain analytical role. Internship experience is acceptable.
- Familiarity with food safety frameworks (HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000) is an advantage — not a prerequisite.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong quantitative aptitude; comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate-to-advanced level.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams without dropping threads.
- Confident coordinating across teams — able to follow up on action items without being asked twice.
- Proactive problem-solver who surfaces blockers early rather than waiting for direction.
Who will excel
- We're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
- You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
- We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
- noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
