Role Description

This is a remote , freelance and commission based , contract role located in 6th of October for a Recruitment Team Leader. The Recruitment Team Leader will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters, developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and optimizing sourcing and hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide recruitment teams.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, diversity hiring practices, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional HR certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making based on recruitment metrics is an advantage.
