Freelance Trainers (Arabic Required) – UAE

We are currently building a network of freelance trainers to support the continued growth of the Skills business at Maximus.

As a global organisation operating across the US, UK, India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, we deliver workforce development and skills programmes aligned to national priorities, working closely with government and semi-government entities.

We are looking to connect with experienced freelance trainers based in the UAE who can support delivery across programmes focused on:

• Leadership & Management
• Communication & Emotional Intelligence
• Workplace Skills & Professional Development
• Employability & Capability Development

We are building a flexible pool of SMEs who can be deployed across programmes as demand evolves, with an emphasis on practical, high-impact delivery.

Key requirements:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Must hold a valid UAE freelance licence (mandatory)
• Proven experience delivering training across corporate, government, or semi-government environments
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training

We are also interested in trainers with experience in project management, risk, business skills, and programme delivery.
