Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Administrator based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Administrator will coordinate project activities, ensure efficient documentation processes, and liaise with team members to track project progress. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing communications, maintaining project databases, and assisting with procurement and budgeting tasks. This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Coordination skills, including the ability to monitor timelines, organize tasks, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Proficiency in Documentation, Report Preparation, and use of project management tools.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in Budget Management, Procurement, and Resource Allocation.
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a project administration or coordination role is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
