Freight Forwarding Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Specialist, based in Giza. The Freight Forwarding Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation and shipment logistics for goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with export regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, liaising with freight forwarders and customs, tracking shipments, communicating with clients and internal teams to address inquiries, and resolving shipping issues when they arise.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes
• Proficiency in Export operations, including preparing documentation and meeting compliance requirements
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in handling Forwarding operations and coordinating with logistics providers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth shipment operations
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for freight and logistics management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and practices is a plus
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
