Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Customer Support Representative at RAYA CX, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing solutions with professional communication, and delivering support in both customer service and technical assistance. The selected candidate will handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to engage with customers empathetically and build positive relationships.
  • Experience in Technical Support with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to assess and resolve problems quickly and accurately.
  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various customer needs and scenarios.
