Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Property Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and tailored solutions. Key daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, assessing client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also entails staying updated on market trends, maintaining accurate property listings, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in making informed property decisions.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

Proven Sales skills, with the ability to negotiate deals and meet targets.

Knowledge of the real estate market in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid or the surrounding area is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
