Job responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and verify their purpose of visit
  • Manage client appointments and walk-in inquiries.
  • Maintain client reception records and visitor logs.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming
  • Create, update, and maintain client files (physical and digital)
  • Perform data entry into immigration or case management systems.
  • Prepare letters, forms, and standard office correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and tracking of passports, visas, and legal documents
  • Support office operations and special assignments as directed by management
