Job responsibilities :
- Greet clients and visitors professionally and verify their purpose of visit
- Manage client appointments and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain client reception records and visitor logs.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming
- Create, update, and maintain client files (physical and digital)
- Perform data entry into immigration or case management systems.
- Prepare letters, forms, and standard office correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.
- Ensure proper filing and tracking of passports, visas, and legal documents
- Support office operations and special assignments as directed by management
