Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at iMoveGym, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as greeting clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front desk area. Additional duties include providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and performing clerical tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and organizing documents. The receptionist will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience with Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry and record organization
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven Customer Service skills and the ability to handle client needs professionally
- Friendly demeanor with ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar front desk or administrative role is preferred
