Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Front Office Receptionist. The Front Office Receptionist will handle reception area operations, assist with welcoming and directing visitors, manage phone calls with professional etiquette, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments, coordinating communications, and ensuring the front office area is organized and presentable.
