Front Stage Agent Job Purpose:
To be the main point of contact for the guests upon arrival until their departure and to handle all enquiries throughout their stay in a friendly and effective manner.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, register guests in accordance with established registration policies, and efficiently assist them with any requirements throughout their stay.
- Perform cashiering duties, including foreign currency exchange and paid-outs, while maintaining full accountability for a balanced cash float at all times.
- Ensure the Front Stage/Guest Services Desk is continuously staffed, fully operational, and adequately stocked with all required materials.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service position at Front Stage, preferably in an international five star hotel.
- Bachelor Degree/College Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OPERA PMS
