Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and scale our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of systems across on-premises and cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services using Python frameworks (Django)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using JavaScript frameworks
• Integrate with databases
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in Python
• Solid experience with Django
• Frontend experience with modern JS framework
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web standards
• Experience with relational databases
• Good understanding of security best practices
