Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting product offerings, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, offering product training, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The role involves understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure a satisfying experience
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and optimize revenue growth
Experience providing Training related to products and services for comprehensive client understanding
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
