Key Responsibilities
- Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset register, recording acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
- General Ledger Oversight: Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledgers with the General Ledger (GL) monthly.
- Depreciation & Reporting: Calculate and post depreciation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Audit & Compliance: Conduct physical asset verification and manage audit trails.
- Capital Expenditure (CapEx): Monitor Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) and ensure proper capitalization of assets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting, with a focus on fixed assets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS)
