We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager to lead and grow the business in the local market, with full ownership of strategy, P&L, operations, and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Full responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive sales growth across B2B & B2C channels and strengthen key partnerships.
- Oversee operations, supply chain, service, and after-sales performance.
- Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing leadership team.
- Act as the main point of contact with regional and global stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12–18+ years of senior leadership experience (GM / Country Manager / Business Unit Head).
- Strong background in industrial, equipment, or technical solutions.
- Proven P&L and commercial leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
