Job Purpose:

To oversee and optimize the company's daily operations across design, construction, and manufacturing divisions, ensuring efficient workflow, strong financial performance, and sustainable business growth. The role aims to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and build high-value relationships with clients and partners while representing the company in major projects and key engagements.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across design, construction, and manufacturing divisions.

- Develop and implement business strategies that support growth and efficiency.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and company performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

- Strengthen organizational structure and empower department leaders.

- Represent the company in key meetings and major projects.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of executive leadership experience (preferably in design and construction).

- Proven success in business management, operations, and strategic planning.

- Strong financial acumen and decision-making ability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Fluency in Arabic and English.

- Engineering background is not required, The focus is on strong administrative and business leadership.
