- Ability to read plant layouts, drawings, and schematics; diagnose faults; and implement effective solutions and complex repairs.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and required maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work based on workload forecasts.
- Supervise, train, and manage technical staff.
- Oversee all repair works and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
