Graduate Development & Acceleration Program – HSE Career Track

Location: Cairo (with exposure to regional projects)

Program Duration: 3 Months – Full-Time Employment

About the Program

QHSSE PLATFORM is offering a structured development program for fresh graduates who want to start a professional career in the HSE and consultancy field.

This is a full-time employment program for three months.

During this period, candidates will work inside the company while receiving practical training and direct involvement in real business activities.

At the end of the program, each candidate will be assigned to a permanent role according to performance, capabilities, and interest.

• Operations / Site Support
• Engineering / Consultancy
• Technical Office
• Business Development
• Technical Marketing

Training & Work Exposure

During the program, candidates will rotate between departments and participate in actual work activities.

They will gain practical experience in:

• HSE consultancy and project execution
• Risk assessment and compliance activities
• Proposal preparation and presales work
• Client communication and reporting
• Engineering and technical coordination
• Business development and partnerships
• Marketing activities related to technical services
• Company technology solutions (VR/AR, digital platforms, LMS)

Candidates will work with internal teams and may participate in meetings and tasks related to projects across different sectors and industries on local and regional levels.

Program StructurePhase 1 – Preparation

Introduction to HSE field, standards, documentation, and consultancy workflow.

Phase 2 – Department Rotation

Hands-on assignments across different departments and participation in ongoing projects.

Phase 3 – Evaluation & Placement

Final role assignment based on:

• Performance during the program
• Technical capability
• Work behavior
• Personal preference
• Company requirements

Eligibility RequirementsEducation (Mandatory)

Applicants must be graduates from:

• American University in Cairo (AUC)
• German University in Cairo (GUC)
• Coventry University

Accepted majors:

Engineering or any relevant technical background suitable for starting in the HSE field.

Previous HSE experience is not required.

Language

Professional English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
