Flash is an early-stage Cairo-based fintech aiming to support our society's financial well-being, one person at a time.

Our founding team has deep local and international experience working at top consumer-facing technology companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static and animated assets for social media, paid campaigns, CRM, offline and engagement, and web/app
- Create motion graphics and short-form animations for TikTok, Reels, product explainers, and walkthroughs
- Adapt and localize brand guidelines across digital and offline formats
- Utilize AI design tools
- Contribute to on-ground activations by designing branded materials, mockups, and signage
- (Bonus) Support on shooting and basic video editing for product and partner content
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in graphic design (agency background is preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
- Working knowledge of AI design tools
- Understanding of social-first design formats (TikTok, IG Reels, Stories)
- Ability to work under fast deadlines and handle multiple requests
- (Plus) Experience in shooting and editing short videos
