Graphic Designer – Proposals

Hire Pals is hiring on behalf of a leading international architecture and engineering consultancy for a Graphic Designer to join their team in New Cairo.

This role is a little different from a traditional marketing-focused Graphic Designer position. You'll work closely with the proposals team, creating visually engaging proposals, presentations and submission materials for major architecture and engineering projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and format proposals, presentations, bid documents and other submission materials.
• Transform technical and written information into clear, professional and visually engaging layouts.
• Create graphics and visual elements that strengthen proposal presentations.
• Ensure all materials follow established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Work closely with proposal and technical teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
• Manage multiple priorities and work effectively around tight submission deadlines.
• Support additional corporate design requirements when needed.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign – this is essential for the role.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Experience working on proposals, presentations, reports or other content-heavy corporate documents would be highly valuable.
• Previous experience within an architecture, engineering or consultancy environment is preferred, but we're open to strong designers from other industries who can quickly understand the sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ideally based in or within reasonable commuting distance of New Cairo.
