Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company's branding, marketing, and communication needs across digital and print platforms. This role focuses on delivering high-quality creative assets that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business development teams to translate concepts and briefs into effective visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.
- Develop and adapt designs for different international markets when required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Prepare final design files for production and publishing.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the travel and hospitality industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 35 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in marketing, travel, or hospitality industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo.
