Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company's branding, marketing, and communication needs across digital and print platforms. This role focuses on delivering high-quality creative assets that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and business development teams to translate concepts and briefs into effective visual designs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.
  • Develop and adapt designs for different international markets when required.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Prepare final design files for production and publishing.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the travel and hospitality industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 35 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in marketing, travel, or hospitality industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo.
