A glimpse of your typical workday

Payroll Processing

  • Manage full-cycle payroll for all group entities on a monthly basis
  • Ensure accurate processing of salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
  • Verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, and variable components
  • Process final settlements, gratuity, and leave encashments

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure payroll compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and statutory requirements
  • Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) file preparation and submission
  • Ensure timely updates of payroll changes (increments, promotions, transfers)

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update payroll master data in HRMS/ERP systems
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Support finance with payroll-related accruals and reporting
  • Generate dashboards on payroll cost, headcount, and trends

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with HR for employee data changes and onboarding/offboarding inputs
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and reconciliations
  • Address employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation and enhancement of payroll systems
  • Identify and drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure data confidentiality and system integrity at all times

What makes you stand out

  • 5-7 years of payroll experience, preferably in a group/multi-entity environment
  • Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations and WPS
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
