Role Purpose
Plan and execute the full range of marketing activities that generate qualified leads, support all revenue lines, and build a predictable growth engine for the clinic.
Core Responsibilities
1) Paid Acquisition
- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Manage channel budgets and keep results within agreed cost-per-acquisition targets.
2) Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and maintain UTM tagging so every ad, email, QR or link is traceable.
- Ensure Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot (or equivalent) capture the entire client journeyfrom first click to purchase.
- Prepare a clear weekly report covering spend, leads, conversions and ROI.
3) Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Build or brief high-converting landing pages (Webflow/Unbounce/WordPress).
- Run A/B tests on copy, layout and forms to improve conversion rates.
4) Lifecycle Marketing & Lead Nurture
- Design and deploy automated campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) for lead nurture, no-show follow-up, retention and referral requests.
- Work closely with reception and clinical teams to ensure fast, consistent responses to all enquiries.
5) Events & Partnerships
- Help plan and promote in-house events, corporate screenings and external events; track lead capture and performance.
- Manage relationships with external partners and events, including preparing all marketing collateral, tracking links, and QR codes required for lead capture and performance reporting.
6) Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Review performance data and recommend refinements to the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership and frontline staff to align campaign ideas with business goals and client feedback.
7) Content & Creative Coordination
- Brief designers, photographers and videographers for ad assets and visuals.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and platform policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 2 4 years hands-on campaign management in at least two of these platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Demonstrated success meeting ROI or ROAS targets in health, fitness, hospitality or similar service industries.
- Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, UTM frameworks and spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Experience building lifecycle-marketing automations and supporting event-driven lead capture.
- Familiarity with landing-page builders and basic HTML/CSS edits.
- Clear, concise English copywriting; Arabic is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team and meet tight deadlines.
