Role Overview
One of our key Digital Marketing Agency clients are seeking a results-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to lead our agency's brand growth, lead generation, and market positioning efforts. This role will be responsible for building and scaling the agency's online presence, driving qualified leads, improving brand authority, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate combines performance marketing, brand strategy, analytics, and partnership development to drive measurable ROI.
This role works closely with SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, and Sales teams to ensure aligned and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Brand Growth & Positioning
- Build and strengthen the agency's brand presence across all digital platforms
- Define and execute brand positioning and messaging strategy
- Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across channels
- Develop thought leadership and authority-building initiatives
- Oversee agency portfolio, case studies, and credibility assets
2. Online Presence & Digital Visibility
- Manage and improve agency website performance and visibility
- Oversee SEO strategy and execution with internal SEO team
- Ensure website conversion optimization and lead capture systems
- Monitor and improve organic rankings and traffic
- Manage listings, profiles, and review platforms
3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Own agency lead generation strategy (organic + paid + partnerships)
- Create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Support sales team with qualified marketing leads (MQL pipeline)
- Optimize funnels and conversion journeys
- Launch campaigns for inbound lead acquisition
4. Performance Marketing Oversight
- Guide paid media strategy for agency self-promotion campaigns
- Ensure campaign ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency
- Align paid campaigns with growth targets
- Monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS
- Work with paid media team on experimentation and scaling
5. Social Media & Content Leadership
- Oversee agency social media strategy and execution
- Manage brand content calendar across platforms
- Ensure high-quality educational and authority-driven content
- Drive engagement, reach, and inbound inquiries
- Support content marketing (blogs, reports, insights, case studies)
6. PR & Industry Presence
- Develop PR strategy and media outreach initiatives
- Build media relationships and press opportunities
- Secure interviews, features, and industry mentions
- Support award submissions and industry recognition
- Manage speaking opportunities and event presence
7. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Build partnerships with large agencies and complementary service providers
- Develop referral and co-marketing partnerships
- Identify platform and technology partnerships
- Drive collaboration opportunities and cross-referrals
8. ROI & Growth Accountability
- Own growth KPIs and marketing ROI
- Track lead-to-revenue performance
- Develop growth forecasts and targets
- Report monthly performance metrics to leadership
- Optimize marketing spend vs returns
9. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor growth metrics across channels
- Build dashboards and performance reports
- Track funnel performance and conversion rates
- Use data to guide campaign and channel decisions
- Recommend optimization strategies
10. Campaign & Funnel Optimization
- Improve conversion rates across all touchpoints
- Optimize landing pages and lead funnels
- Run A/B testing initiatives
- Improve user journey and engagement flows
11. Internal Alignment & Leadership
- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Sales teams
- Align marketing with revenue targets
- Set quarterly growth initiatives
- Guide cross-team campaign execution
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in growth marketing / digital marketing leadership
- Experience in agency environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, social, and content marketing
- Proven track record in lead generation and ROI-driven campaigns
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Partnership and PR experience preferred
- Strong strategic and execution capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
