Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operation Manager to lead a Dubai boutique. This role requires deep expertise in local tailoring and retail sales, combined with strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage tailoring workflows, and ensure every client receives an exceptional, personalized experience.

Salary up to AED15,000 + Benefits as per UAE Labor Law
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, including management of tailors, sales consultants, and support staff
- Provide expert styling advice and personalized service to clients purchasing kandouras and accessories
- Manage the full bespoke tailoring process: measurements, fittings, production timelines, and final delivery
- Monitor and manage inventory of fabrics, accessories, and ready-to-wear items; plan replenishment effectively
- Maintain premium boutique standards in visual merchandising and overall store presentation
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to drive performance and service excellence
- Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report insights to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in Kandoura & Traditional Menswear tailoring and retail sales within the market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, tailoring techniques, and traditional Emirati menswear
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (Arabic and English preferred)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end bespoke tailoring is highly desirable
