We are looking for a high-impact HR professional who can go beyond training delivery and take ownership of building and integrating capability frameworks across the organization.
This role combines HR Training expertise with a Capability Framework Integrator (ICCF) mindset someone who can simplify complexity, structure learning systems, and ensure everything connects seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver impactful HR training programs aligned with business needs
• Own and maintain the Integrated Capability & Careers Framework (ICCF)
• Ensure frameworks remain simple, structured, and scalable
• Review and refine role profiles, skills, and competency frameworks
• Manage data, libraries, and version control across HR systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve learning and capability systems
• Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and AI to streamline processes
• Track progress, generate reports, and ensure quality across all frameworks
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in HR training / L&D
• Excellent Excel and data handling skills
• Structured thinker who understands systems, not just tasks
• Clear communicator with strong writing skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to challenge and improve processes
• Exposure to competency frameworks or capability models is a strong advantage
