Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical hair education sessions
- Demonstrate up-to-date hair techniques in styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments
- Assess trainees skills and provide constructive feedback
- Develop lesson plans and adapt training methods to different learning needs
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional standards are maintained
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
Must-Have Requirements
- Certified qualification in hairdressing/cosmetology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a hair professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in teaching or training
- Proficiency in modern hair techniques and safety standards
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience in adult learning or curriculum development
- Familiarity with digital teaching or e-learning tools
- Arabic language skills
- Previous experience in a training institute
- Participation or recognition in hairdressing competitions
