Job Title: Hard Services Manager
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hard Services Manager with a strong background in Testing & Commissioning and technical operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hard services operations including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and associated infrastructure
- Lead and manage Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for electrical and MEP systems
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution and maintenance activities
- Review technical documents including drawings, method statements, and commissioning procedures
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM & reactive) to ensure minimal downtime
- Monitor contractor performance, service delivery, and SLA/KPI compliance
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and performance analysis
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of experience in EPC, FM, real estate, and construction sectors
Strong expertise in Testing & Commissioning of electrical and MEP systems
Prior experience in roles such as Technical Manager / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager
Strong knowledge of hard services operations and maintenance
