HCM System Implementer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HCM Implementer position at Tidalsystems in Cairo. The HCM Implementer will be responsible for implementing software solutions, configuring systems, providing end-user training, and ensuring successful software implementation. This includes gathering client requirements, delivering training, and overseeing the go-live process.

Qualifications

• Training end users on software functionality
• Define and execute delivery and implementation plans.
• Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations as needed.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of business processes and reporting requirements
• Assist clients in implementing ERP systems, specifically focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that align with their business processes.
• At least 4 years of experience in software applications implementation, HCM,
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
