About the Client:

A globally renowned hospitality brand offering immersive dining, vibrant nightlife, and elevated experiences across its unique venues in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Lead the hostess team and ensure a seamless, personalized guest experience from arrival through seating.
• Manage reservations, table allocation, VIP guests and peak-period seating, coordinating closely with restaurant management.
• Maintain exceptional luxury hospitality and service standards, professionally handling guest requests and concerns.
• Train, guide and supervise the hostess team while ensuring excellent presentation, communication, and front-of-house coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hospitality experience, preferably in luxury restaurants, fine dining, or 5-star hotels.
• Previous experience in a senior/lead hostess capacity with exposure to supervising a front-of-house team.
• Excellent English communication and guest-relations skills; Russian or another European language is preferred.
• Professional, confident, and well-presented with strong leadership, organization, and customer-service skills.
