A well-established, diversified group of companies headquartered in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to lead and strengthen its financial strategy, governance, and performance across multiple business units.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially astute finance professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
The Role
Reporting to the Group CEO / Board, you will:
- Lead the full finance function across the group, including accounting, reporting, treasury, FP&A, and compliance
- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Provide commercial insights to support expansion, investments, and new ventures
- Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and funding structures
- Lead audits, tax planning, and statutory reporting requirements
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across entities
- Partner closely with business heads to improve margins, cost efficiency, and profitability
Requirements:
- 12 -18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior experience within a diversified group or multi-entity structure
- Strong background in financial planning, controls, and commercial finance
- Experience working directly with CEOs / Board members
- CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
- UAE / GCC experience strongly preferred
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
