Head of Land Transactions & Capital Markets

An exciting opportunity to build and lead a new Investment Sales Division within a leading real estate platform

This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, direct exposure to top-tier investors, and the chance to shape a business from the ground up.

We're looking for a proven capital markets professional who brings:

8–10+ years of experience in real estate capital markets / investment sales

A strong track record of originating and closing transactions

Deep understanding of UAE/GCC markets, investor appetite, and deal structuring

Established relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and developers

A clear understanding of landbanks and their strategic value within development pipelines

A proven history of sourcing and acquiring land opportunities, not just asset disposals

The ability to originate deals across both land and income-producing assets

This role will suit someone entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and ready to step into a platform where they can build, lead, and scale a high-performing division.
