Job Description

As Head of Marketing, you will own the full marketing portfolio, brand storytelling, product launches, digital presence, content, CRM, partnerships and in-store experience. You will guide a talented team which is made of 5 at the moment and work closely with senior leadership to drive both commercial performance and brand desirability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that elevates brand positioning and drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead brand campaigns, seasonal activations and product launch strategies across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Oversee all digital marketing activities including content, social media, performance marketing, and email/CRM.
  • Enhance customer engagement through data-driven insights and loyalty initiatives.
  • Manage brand partnerships, PR, influencers, and collaborations aligned with brand values.
  • Lead the creative direction and uphold visual identity consistency across markets and channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and luxury consumer behaviours to inform decision-making.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven planning.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop an in-house marketing team and agency partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience leading marketing in luxury, premium retail, or F&B environments.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand building, customer psychology, and high-end retail dynamics.
  • Track record of delivering impactful brand and digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media, CRM, and content-led marketing.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and creative direction skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
