One of our prestigious client is seeking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function, drive growth, enhance brand presence, and support customer retention across all channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy while leading a high-performing marketing team.
Salary : AED 25,000 per month (open for discussion)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, events, social media, and more.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Track and report key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
- Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership position.
- Hands-on experience with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
