The Role:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead and build ELEVATE's in-house marketing function. This is a senior leadership position for a design-conscious, commercially strategic marketer with deep expertise in luxury branding and high-value real estate positioning. The successful candidate will lead both brand strategy and execution, ensuring ELEVATE's identity is elevated, distinctive, and globally competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership
- Define and elevate the brand identity of Elevate across all platforms and developments.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling, tone of voice, and design language that reflects luxury, sophistication, and innovation.
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, experiential, and PR channels.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new developments, working closely with sales, design, and development teams.
Team Building & Agency Management:
- Build and manage an internal team of graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers.
- Oversee external agency relationships (PR, creative, digital, production) to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance metrics.
Creative Direction & Communication:
- Guide all visual and copy output across campaigns, sales collateral, video, and digital content.
- Maintain a high standard of creative direction across branding, design, photography, film, and editorial content.
Market Positioning:
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience insight to refine brand positioning.
- Identify high-impact collaborations, events, and brand partnerships to elevate visibility.
Performance & Budget:
- Set KPIs and manage budgets to deliver high-ROI marketing outcomes.
- Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a commercially astute marketing leader with strong luxury real estate credentials.
Requirements:
- 812 years of marketing experience, with minimum 5+ years in luxury real estate or premium property development
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling premium brands in competitive markets
- Strong portfolio showcasing refined branding, campaign execution, and creative direction
- Deep understanding of UAE and international HNW/UHNW audiences
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Strong copywriting instincts and storytelling capability
- Experience working with top-tier creative and production agencies
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and operational discipline
