Job Description

Insignia is a luxury lifestyle management group and premium payment card issuer serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients worldwide. As Head of Marketing, you will lead all strategic and operational marketing functions to drive brand awareness, growth, acquisition and retention across key global markets. You'll craft and execute premium-level marketing strategies that position the Insignia brand at the forefront of luxury financial and lifestyle services, ensuring excellence in messaging, customer engagement, digital presence and partner marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategy aligned with business goals (member growth, retention, product launches, brand recognition).
  • Define brand positioning and value propositions for Insignia's suite of luxury lifestyle and premium financial services.
  • Build data-driven marketing plans rooted in insights about ultra-high-net-worth consumer behaviour.

Campaigns & Brand Management

  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, print, partner, events).
  • Steward Insignia's brand identity and voice across all touch points to ensure a consistent, elevated luxury experience.
  • Manage brand partnerships and co-marketing with luxury partners, affiliates, and exclusive events.

Customer Lifecycle & Growth

  • Develop acquisition strategies targeting affluent market segments, including high-value corporate clients.
  • Drive retention and loyalty through personalization, Insignia Rewards integration, and bespoke member engagement programs.
  • Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate customer insights into campaigns.

Digital & Content

  • Lead digital strategy including website, mobile app engagement, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media and analytics.
  • Champion high-quality content creation (storytelling, editorial, thought leadership, luxury lifestyle content).

Team & Budget

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with expertise in both traditional and digital luxury marketing.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively and report on ROI and performance against KPIs.

Performance Measurement

  • Implement robust analytics and reporting to optimize campaigns and drive insights.
  • Present marketing productivity, performance and strategy to executive leadership.

Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 in senior or leadership marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in luxury goods, premium financial services, lifestyle management, high-end hospitality or related industries.
  • Must be creative and have the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience in global, multi-market marketing initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of affluent consumer marketing and luxury brand dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance marketing metrics.
  • Expertise in digital tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, analytics or brand strategy advantageous.
