The Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong growth instincts.

This role will lead the entire marketing engine behind Quareb's digital platforms and upcoming digital products and services.

You will work closely with the founding team to translate a powerful product vision into real market traction, scalable user acquisition, and strong brand presence across the MENA region.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments where speed, experimentation, and ownership drive progress.

What You'll Be DoingBuild the Growth Engine
  • Design and lead Quareb's overall marketing and growth strategy
  • Build scalable user acquisition systems across multiple channels
  • Own the full growth funnel from awareness to activation, retention, and expansion
Lead Performance Marketing
  • Manage paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Build structured campaign testing and optimization frameworks
  • Continuously improve acquisition efficiency and conversion performance
Build the Content and Brand Engine
  • Lead the storytelling and content strategy behind Quareb
  • Develop educational and trust-building content that resonates with the audience
  • Work with creators, experts, and partners to expand reach and influence
Use AI to Accelerate Marketing
  • Integrate modern AI tools into marketing workflows
  • Use AI for content creation, campaign analysis, reporting, and automation
  • Build a modern marketing stack that increases speed and productivity
Build and Lead the Marketing Team
  • Work closely with designers, media buyers, and content creators
  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing team over time
  • Align marketing initiatives with product strategy and company growth goals
Who This Role Is For
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing
  • Experience scaling digital platforms, applications, or technology products
  • Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing and media buying
  • Experience building growth funnels and scalable user acquisition systems
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
  • A strong combination of analytical thinking and creative storytelling

Experience in digital health, mental health, or the wellbeing industry is considered a strong advantage.
