* Lead full-stack observability & cloud monitoring by driving the development and implementation of observability strategies, focusing on infrastructure, APM, network, and security monitoring.

* Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
