Head of Pricing - Dubai (Onsite)
We are currently partnering with a fast-growing, digitally native fashion group to appoint a Head of Pricing based in Dubai.
This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for shaping and driving pricing strategy across a portfolio of global fashion brands operating in highly competitive, fast-paced markets.
The business operates at a significant scale, reaching millions of customers worldwide through a mix of direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. As they continue to expand, pricing is becoming a critical lever for profitability, growth and competitive positioning.
The Opportunity
This role will lead the evolution of pricing from a traditional cost-based approach to a highly strategic, data-led function. You will own pricing strategy across multiple brands and regions, driving margin optimisation, improving sell-through, and enabling smarter commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a multi-brand pricing strategy aligned with commercial objectives and brand positioning
- Develop and optimise pricing models, including dynamic pricing, elasticity testing and market-based approaches
- Establish pricing frameworks, ladders and guardrails to ensure consistency and competitiveness
- Drive pricing and discounting decisions based on performance data, inventory and trading dynamics
- Monitor and analyse key metrics such as margin, discount depth, competitiveness and conversion
- Lead scenario planning, pricing experiments and commercial analysis
- Build and implement governance, approval processes and pricing best practices
- Partner closely with Trading, Merchandising, Finance and Marketing teams
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 6 years of experience in pricing within fashion, retail or e-commerce
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of margins, pricing strategy and customer perception
- Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel (experience with BI tools or SQL/Python is advantageous)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate at a strategic level
- Experience working across multiple brands or markets is highly desirable
- Exposure to automation, AI or predictive pricing tools is a plus
