The Role

We're hiring a Head of Revenue & Brand Partnerships to architect and scale Muslim's advertising and partnership business.

This is a startup-stage leadership role, which will begin as a contract role to start, with the opportunity to become full time. We are looking for someone who understands social-first media, knows how to sell integrated campaigns as well as media placements, and is excited to build revenue infrastructure from the ground up.

You will own revenue strategy, lead outbound sales, and work closely with our Founder and Head of Creative to develop partnerships that live natively across Instagram, TiKTok, Youtube, community, and IRL moments.

What You'll Do

Build the Revenue Engine
  • Develop and execute a social-first advertising strategy across Instagram, short-form video, branded content, sponsorships, and experiential.
  • Create scalable partnership offerings and pricing models.
  • Establish rate cards, media kits, and proactive sales materials.
  • Set revenue goals and build forecasting systems.

Drive Social-First Partnerships
  • Lead outbound sales to brands and agencies across fashion, beauty, tech, finance, lifestyle, and culturally aligned sectors.
  • Concept and pitch integrated campaigns that feel native to our feeds 
  • Translate audience insight and cultural authority into compelling brand value.
  • Close and negotiate partnerships.
  • Identify long-term brand partners vs one-off campaigns.

Who You Are

  • 5–8+ years experience in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or social-first advertising.
  • Proven experience selling social campaigns (IG, TikTok, video, creators, experiential).
  • Strong relationships with NYC or Global agencies and/or direct brand marketers.
  • Deep understanding of how Gen Z and multicultural audiences engage online.
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable building from an early stage.
  • Equally strategic and scrappy — you can close deals and build decks.
