Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head – Middle East to lead our growth in the higher education sector across the UAE and the wider Middle East. This is a strategic role responsible for building strong institutional relationships, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth for Creatrix Campus in one of our most critical regions.
You will be the regional face of the brand, responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales cycles; from prospecting and consultative engagement to closing multi-year SaaS and enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Middle East revenue growth strategy for Creatrix Campus in higher education.
- Develop and execute account-based sales plans targeting universities, colleges, and higher education groups.
- Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across the academic and administrative spectrum.
- Drive ARR growth, new logo acquisition, and strategic regional partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor offerings to the regional market.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic meetings.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional education policies to shape go-to-market strategy.
- Provide regular performance and market reports to senior management.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on higher education.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role covering the Middle East.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Deep understanding of higher education workflows, procurement cycles, and digital transformation needs.
- Established regional network in higher education leadership (academic and administrative).
- Experience in negotiating and closing high-value, multi-year SaaS or enterprise contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, marketing, or education technology preferred.

Languages
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage for building relationships and navigating regional market nuances.
