Head of Sales | Egypt

What This Role Is About

A large manufacturing group is looking for a Head of Sales, based in Egypt, to lead and drive commercial growth across the market.

This role will be responsible for defining sales strategy, managing large sales teams, strengthening channel execution, and delivering sustainable revenue and market share growth.

You will oversee key accounts, distributor performance, route-to-market models, and ensure excellence in execution across all channels.

You will work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial direction, build capability within the sales organisation, and drive strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • Must have 10+ years of strong and recent experience in Egypt within the FMCG and manufacturing space this is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
  • Proven track record of leading large sales teams and delivering consistent results.
  • Deep understanding of the Egyptian market, trade structure, and customer landscape.
  • Strong expertise in route-to-market, distributor management, and key account development.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Must be able to live and work in Egypt without visa sponsorship.
