Head of Sales | Dubai, UAE

What This Role Is About

Our client is looking for a Head of Sales, based in Dubai, with full commercial responsibility across the UAE market.

This role will lead overall sales strategy across both consumer and business channels, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and channel development nationwide.

You will oversee commercial planning, key account management, customer acquisition strategies, and ensure strong execution across all sales touchpoints across the UAE.

Working closely with senior leadership, marketing, and operations, you will define sales targets, optimize performance, and implement scalable growth strategies across both B2C and B2B segments.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • 89 years of sales experience, with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • B2B and B2C experience is a must.
  • Medical healthcare experience is a must.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth across the UAE market.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to build and execute nationwide sales strategies.
