Role Overview:
As theHead of Sales, you will own the full commercial engine of Future01leading enterprise sales, partnerships, and revenue growth across our innovation services. You will drive demand for programs such as:
- Hackathon-as-a-Service(AI, Web3, Gaming)
- Corporate Innovation Consulting(AI strategy, open innovation, capability building)
- Acceleration & Venture Building Programs
- Community & Ecosystem Building Initiatives
- AI Labs & Digital Transformation Sprints
Your mission is to position Future01 as the region'smost trusted innovation partner, expand our client base, and consistently close 6-figure innovation engagements.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Build and execute a sales strategy to grow Future01's innovation services portfolio across UAE, KSA, and wider GCC.
- Own the full sales pipeline: prospecting, qualification, solution design, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Consistently close enterprise deals in the range of AED 100K500K.
- Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and optimize sales operations for predictable growth.
Client & Ecosystem Relationships
- Build senior-level relationships with corporates, government entities, family offices, innovation hubs, and tech ecosystem partners.
- Represent Future01 at industry forums, innovation events, AI summits, and ecosystem gatherings.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Go-To-Market & Commercial Strategy
- Shape value propositions across all service lines (hackathons, sprints, AI labs, accelerators).
- Develop vertical-focused GTM playbooks (automotive, real estate, finance, retail, energy, public sector).
- Identify new service opportunities aligned with market trends in AI, digital transformation, Web3, and emerging tech.
Partnership Development
- Forge strategic alliances with technology providers, universities, accelerators, and community platforms.
- Drive co-selling opportunities and ecosystem-based commercialization models.
What We're Looking For
- 510+ years of experiencein B2B sales, business development, or consultingpreferably selling innovation, digital transformation, or technology services.
- Proven ability to close enterprise-level programs (100K1M AED) in the UAE/GCC.
- Deep understanding ofinnovation programs, corporate innovation, accelerators, AI adoption, or ecosystem building.
- Strong network across corporate, government, and tech ecosystems in the region.
- Exceptional storytelling, proposal writing, and consultative selling capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with high-growth environments.
