Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and mentoring sales team members. Collaborating closely with other departments, the Head of Sales will align sales initiatives with overall business objectives to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills to identify trends, drive data-driven decisions, and optimize sales strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in Team Management and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate sector is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
