Job Title: Head of Treasury

Job Summary
The Head of Treasury, working closely with the Chairman, is responsible for centralized cash management, liquidity planning, funding strategy, and internal capital allocation across group entities. This role functions as the financial nerve center of the family office, ensuring optimal use of capital, disciplined internal lending, and strong treasury controls.
This is a hands-on and high-trust role requiring sound judgment, strict confidentiality, and close interaction with promoters and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Oversee daily cash management and ensure adequate liquidity for operational and investment needs
- Plan and manage funding strategies and internal capital allocation
- Build and maintain financial forecasting models to support strategic planning and budgeting
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Monitor cash reserves and forecast future liquidity requirements
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze cost structures and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Prepare detailed financial reports highlighting performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA or Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably within a family office environment
- Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
