CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides structured activities within the company to promote efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Supervises and operates the establishment and implementation of Management Systems Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems (HSE) and OSHAD SF.
- Plans, directs and manages all activities related to the HSE with team members.
- Ensures safety training courses are provided to all employees whichever related to their job activities.
- Perform the full audit cycle including risk assessment and control management over operations' effectiveness, control of documents, information reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Prepare the HSE Assurance Program, provide the HSE Analysis reports.
- Document process developer. Develop, review and update HSE Manual, Policy and Procedures.
- Determines the internal audit scope, developing audit annual plans, budget and KPIs.
- Prepares and presents reports that reflect the audit's results and documents the processes.
- When required, acts as an objective source of independent advice to senior management.
- Identifies gaps in the HSE processes, recommend measures to mitigate risks, improve efficiencies save costs.
- Maintains an open communication channel with the senior management and audit committee (Internal/External Auditor and Auditees).
- Prepare audit findings nonconformance report and monitors management interventions/corrective actions.
- To ensure compliance against local regulatory requirements and conformance with ISO Management System.
- To ensure that all equipment is maintained, inspected, calibrated, tested and audited.
- To ensure that all employees are wearing PPE's as per the procedure and duty of care is communicated.
- To ensure that the operation is undergoing regular maintenance, inspections and audit as per the procedure.
- To analyses the result of emergency drill, the trend analysis of incident/accident report and calibration analysis.
- To ensure that the emergency management team are equipped with the necessary training and support tools.
- To establish and maintain documented IMS System, control of forms, templates and non conformances.
- To ensure that all documentation and records are kept up to date.
- HSE issues must be reported to the Top Management for resolution.
- Assist higher management to define and document organization's IMS policy and objectives, and commitment to health, safety and environment.
- To ensure that the HSE Policies are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels in the organization.
- Carryout the investigation for accident and take the proposed action plans.
- To work jointly with the management team in order to define the responsibility, authority and the interrelation of all personnel, who manage, perform and verify work-affecting health, safety and environment.
- Facilitate the Management Review Meetings and highlight the improvement areas.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 7 years in a related field/role.
- Proven ability to impact operations and effect change
without being confrontational.
- Proven ability to work independently and with others.
- Able to nurture talent, manage complex human
relationships and culturally sensitive.
- ISO Lead auditor certification on HSE
