Our medical center is seeking a dedicated UAE National Health Care Assistant to support the Outpatient Department in delivering efficient and patient-centered care. The role involves assisting nurses and physicians, preparing patients for consultations, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing patients for consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Record basic patient information such as vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.) when required.
- Support nurses and physicians during patient assessments and treatments.
- Ensure examination rooms are prepared, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with patient flow and coordination within the outpatient clinics.
- Escort patients to consultation rooms and diagnostic areas when needed.
- Maintain proper infection control and safety standards in the clinic.
- Support administrative tasks related to patient care when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Diploma in Health Care Assistant.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment.
- Patient-focused and professional attitude.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an outpatient clinic or healthcare facility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Eligibility for DOH licensing requirements.
